Judge Moss graduated from the University of California in Santa Barbara, California in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He attended the Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C. and graduated from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 1976. He was admitted to the practice of law in October, 1976. Before becoming a judge, Judge Moss was in private practice and served as the Mayor for the City of Westminster. He was appointed as a District Court Judge by Governor Bill Owens in 2004. |
