Magistrate Mole graduated from Cambridge University in Cambridge, England with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Botany in 1982.   He received a Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland in 1986. He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado in 1998 and was licensed to practice law  in 1998. He has worked as a Legal Aid attorney, as staff counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union in Denver, Colorado and served as a Family Court Facilitator for the Seventeenth Judicial District he became a Magistrate in the Seventeenth Judicial District. He has served as a Magistrate for the Seventeenth Judicial District since 2006.
