The multi-disciplinary Minority Over Representation Committee that developed this handbook did so with the intent to make certain that services to children and families could be more directed and successful by insuring that those services addressed the cultural needs of a diverse community. The participants hope that their efforts will be of assistance in accomplishing this end.
