If the status is "Cancelled", then you do not have to appear. If you are unable appear as summoned for reasons beyond your control, you may request postponement or excuse from jury service. Your request will be reviewed by the jury commissioner or the presiding judge and a reply will be sent to you via e-mail. If you do not receive a reply, you should appear as summoned. Complete the request for postponement form and transmit the form to the jury commissioner to request a postponement.
