Each section contains the information and forms necessary to process a case related to the allocation of parental responsibilities. | If you are in need of interim or temporary orders while
you are waiting for a final hearing on the allocation of
parental responsibilities, you should follow the procedures and use

| Contempt Proceedings |
| If you are attempting to enforce an order of court, you may want to utilize contempt of court proceedings. Before doing so, you should carefully read the Contempt Citation Proceedings Brochure. You must obtain personal service of process upon the other party no later than twenty days before the first appearance for the matter to proceed forward. Read the Service of Process Brochure carefully before going forward. |
