Judge Ensor graduated from the University of Indiana undergraduate and law schools located in Bloomington, Indiana. Prior to his appointment to the District Court bench, Judge Ensor was an attorney for the Legal Aid Society, a Chief Deputy District Attorney in the Seventeenth Judicial District and an Adams County Court Judge. He was appointed District Court Judge by Governor Richard Lamm in 1984. | |
