Weekly court dockets will be available after April 28th on the state website for the 17th judicial district. Click on dockets. Dependency and Neglect, Juvenile Delinquency, Adoption, Mental Health and Protection Order dockets will not be posted due to confidentiality and safety considerations. Court dockets on this page are for the convenience of the public and do not necessarily accurately reflect the docket for a division of the court on a specific day. At times, cases do not print out on the docket due to technical issues with the database or software. At times court dates change at the last minute for a variety of reasons and the date will not have been entered into the database used to generate the docket. If you have been informed that you are scheduled for court and your name does not appear on a docket sheet, you should appear in court to avoid adverse consequences such as a default judgment or bench warrant. Your case may be transferred from the courtroom it was initially scheduled. Oftentimes cases are transferred from one courtroom to another due to ongoing trials, illness or other considerations. Many cases are added to the docket on the morning of a hearing for the convenience of the attorneys or litigants, you should always check with your attorney regarding your court date.
